Ooh I got a nasty nasty backache! Bad posture? Probably. Haha. I twist I twist I twist my back to get my spinal fluid flowing! Yeah I read that somewhere. If you have a backache:
Sit up straight on a chair, with just your bum on the chair
Take a deep breathe as you turn your torso to the right, as far as you can
Release breathe and return to original position
Repeat to the left

And damn, it feels so shiok! Hahaha! It doesn't really cure my backache but it feels so shiok while I'm twisting and turning. Like all the tension's been released. ;D

Well, went with XuanJin to Eileen's grandma's house today. Eileen was locked out of her grandma's house cos she couldn't open that 20plus year old door. Lol. Cranky door. So it was XuanJin and Michelle to the rescue! Not. We couldn't open the door too. The lock was like damn funny lah, unlike doors nowadays. We had to push the key in then pull at the handle at the same time. Something like that lah. Anyway we couldn't do it. In the end Sweeyee and her friend turned up and her friend could open the door. Bravo! LOL!

Then went to eat lunch. Eileen had to go off to work and Sweeyee and her friend went off too. So me and XuanJin went to Hougang Point to look for Meisiew since Connie wasn't working today. We also wanted to look for Connie's erm.. *friend*. Muahaha. But he wasn't gonna start work til 5. Awww... And surprise surprise! Saw Daryll too. Is that how you spell his name? Oh well. His hair's like so stylo. Heheh.
