Block 2 has finally come to an end.
I miss 2D art fundamentals and I miss Design History & Culture despite the heavy workload.
I love my class and my friends.
Just another few blocks and we'll be separated. I don't want! But we'll think about that later. Now I guess I should just enjoy myself. 8D
Most importantly, I love what I'm doing and I'm glad to be here.
And I never want it to change. If only time could just stop now, it'd be perfect. :)


Had presentation for our final assignment for 2d art fund in the morning. I'm quite satisfied with my work I guess. Yayness. :) I'll so so so miss the studio! I'm gonna miss painting and drawing and Mdm Tia and everything. Sigh..

After that I went shopping with Jiajia, Sheena and Ashley at Orchard. Fun ! We were laughing so damn hard I cried. LOL. Nah.. it's just that I got tears in my eyes. Hahahahas. And I realised that I have Impulsive Shopping Disorder. Oh man..

Visual Presentation next block. I heard from Hong Kwang that Harvey's a pretty nice guy so yay! :)

I only have like 2 days to complete everything and I'm going C-R-A-Z-Y!

Went to school as usual today. Traced out my design on my canvas. And I couldn't do anything much cos I couldn't draw the stupid font. Couldn't paint too cos I forgot to bring my acrylic. One day wasted. Roar ! I'll have to CHIONG LIKE HELL tomorrow.

Then we presented our Sincity concept today. Heard a lot of funny ideas about how the world will be like in 2030. Hahah! We are imaginative!

And after that we went to take photos! It's for a banner for the Design entrance. :D So you can just go and take a individual shot of your face and they'll put it on the banner. It's a pity that only half the class went. :( So we were supposed to pose for one normal smiley photo and one spastic photo. Omg I put on my super duper SE/ pervy face! With the tongue licking the lips thing. zomg ! zomg ! Cos I'm from sese ! Hahahaha!

We were like laughing at all the retarded faces our classmates did. Damn funny larh ! Then after that we did a group shot of our class.. or half the class. I so can't wait for the photos and banner to come out !! And we can get the photos of ADM toooooo ! I want !! :)

- 50 pages of sketchbook ( which I have only done like 15 cos I am redoing it)

I am going to go crazy !

I love what I'm doing but it's all so rushed. OMG. Sigh.. But I'm gonna miss 2D art fundamentals. Only one more week of it left. 8(

Anywayz, we selected our CDS and elective today. I selected Italian for CDS and Marketing for Designers for elective. Yeah. Oh please oh please oh please lemme get into them ! :)

I am CHAOTAH once again ! Ohmygosh. Pain pain pain! Got sunburnt yesterday during outdoor painting with the class. At clarke quay ! :) I just realised there are a lot of awesome places there for photoshoots!

Ohman, this is the second time I've been sunburnt in a month ! Was burnt the last time during wakeboarding in April. I've just recovered and here I am, kana burnt again. Kuku. >< It's terrible for the skin lah ! Should have used sunblock. Luckily I had sunblock on my face. Hahahahahaha!

Anyway we were supposed to meet Priya and girls for breakfast but but I was late again. Rah! I should seriously stop this bad habit!! I left the house late then missed the train and so was doubly late. Sorry Jiajia and Sheena ! Met up with Ashley and Evy at Raffles station. Went to O'Brien's for breakfast then met up with Mdm Tia and the class at the Betero Bird scultpure.

Started to sketching and painting and THAT's when i started to become chaotah ! The others all chose spots in the shade but me and Jiajia went to the edge of the river which was under the blazing hot sun! Yah lah, I know it's dumb. But there's a great view of the Singapore river ! :)

So both of us were roasted. I am gonna slather on barrels and barrels and barrels of aloe vera gel !!

Then we went to the Asian Civilization Museum with Miss Tan. Erms, not much to say about it. We just checked out the artefacts and answered some questions on a worksheet. Oh yah ! And we took retarded photos! LOLS !

Then we went to Suntec City for the PC show. Went to see girlfriends who are working there. And to laugh at other promoters cos I am a customer now ! Hahahahaha! Being a customer is so shiok can !

Oh, and Prada is working at the show too. :) Eric was kuku as usual ! Hahahaha. Boss machiam not boss. He poked my sunburn ! And he said that I don't wanna work for him for this show cos I'm guy watching elsewhere. Where got ?He was also girl-watching during the show kay ! Ahahahaha!


Photos are with Jiajia and I havent got them yet. And I shall not show my painting cos it's only half done. :p it's my first painting in 2d art fund class which I think is not bad! YAYNESS !

Okays, gotta rush my sketchbook and painting for submission tomorrow ! Byeee!

Back to being sleepless again. Cos I seriously underestimated painting. What I thought would take 3 hours actually took me like 6-7 hours to complete. ( With online shopping and watching tv in between. :) I cannot focus on one thing straight for a few hours can. ><) So I went to bed at around 2 in the morning but somehow I kept tossing and turning in bed for like, FOREVER. Oh god. Why must class start so early...?

Anyway I managed to complete my painting in class since Mdm Tia very nicely gave us 3 hours ( + another 3 hours later) to complete it. I SO LOVE TIA !!! I think she's damn nice can ! She's like this mother hen who fusses over us and jokes with us. CUTE lah ! Today she told me that *actually, the nicest of your work is the first part of it ( which I TOTALLY agree) but she said it very nicely and then.. she giggled. Like a schoolgirl. Oh gosh how cute is that. LOL ! Like she's paiseh to tell me my painting sucks. Yah lah. I think it really sucks. Hahahahahaha. Except the first portion. THAT's nice kay. :)

H&C after that. Presentations. Nearly fell asleep cos I was damn tired. Then Apple msg-ed me to ask me if I wanted to go to Bugis to catch a movie with Peixin, Sweeyee, YanHeng and Hao. Accompanied them to Simlim for their briefing for the It show first then back to Bugis. We wanted to catch Kungfu panda but the slot was too late. By the way, anyone noticed that the tiger actually looks a lil like Angelina Jolie? ( who voiced it) lols. ><

So in the end we went to Punggol Park! Went to the swings, played for a while then there was lightning so we hopped off the swings and went home.

Was walking halfway when me and Xj were caught in the rain. It only took a minute to turn from a drizzle to a full downpour ! omg. We were yelling all the way to the shelter.
Hahahahaha. Was almost totally drenched. Lucky for my plastic folder ! Or my sketchbook and art stuff would have been ruined. Totally.

I remember me and Apple( In case you don't know, apple=xj=xuanjin. Ha! ) used to love playing in the rain a few years back, probably in primary 4 or 5. As in we would just stand in the middle of the heavy rain and splash water at each other. Cos we live effing near each other so we'll just play at the void deck or at the playground. We ran in the rain. We collected water in our palms and splashed it at each other. We did a million retarded things amidst the heavy downpour. Hahahaaha!

I don't know why but I just love playing with water. I love water theme parks! Water fights ! Bring it on ! I can't stand going to the beach and just staying on shore. I die die must go into the water. Hahahaha.

I think lack of sleep is making me grouchy. Rah !

Okay. So I've done some of my work already.
But they're like in bits and pieces. I've done 2/5 of my sketches, drawn but not painted the fabric painting, did some adjustments to the presentation. LOTS MORE WORK TO BE DONE! Roar !

I am SO annoyed/saddened/devastasted! (melodrama much here xp) whatever you call it.
I just realised my existence in this world is purely to entertain Fiona, my older sister! Cos I was asking mommy yesterday:
Why did you give birth to me? If you didn't give birth to me, you probably would have saved tons of money!
Mommy : erm... Nevermind. You can return me the money when you start working. (See, she never really answer my question)

she then proceeded to count the amt of money she spent on me since she gave birth to me.

Mommy: Okay, let's count your pocket money, all your shopping money, food, entertainment, school fees..blahblahblah.. and not forgetting my hospitalization fees while giving birth to you.

Which amounted to hundreds and hundreds of thousands if not a million.

So I shamelessly said: Nevermind lah. You give up this money in return for a very cute and smart daughter who gives you lots of joy right ? =)

Mommy: Yarh right..

Then we digressed to some other topic.

THEN Fiona came back later at night. And somehow or other we came back to the same topic. So I asked her again why she gave birth to me. ( Cos she didn't answer my question what.)

And she finally confessed !

She said : Ohh.. cos I didn't want Fiona to be the only child. Very boring. Must have someone to play with.

SEE ?! SEE?! In other words, to entertain Fiona lah ?! HMPH !!

And what's more Fiona tan dio leh ! FREE entertainment for 16plus years! GOSH ! I feel SO loved.

Okay, the above was just a random whiny super duper uber melodramatic complain from a very bored girl. I know my mommy loves me lots lots lah. ;) Hahahahahahahahahahaha! Or else she wouldn't keep spending money buying me stuffs or booking the birthday chalet last year or giving me hugs every night before I go to bed. ;D

SO, I slept at 3plus this morning after completing all the paintings. Mdm Tia said my 'tints and shades' painting is a lil messy but the whole thing is still quite balanced. ;)
Started to do the fabric thingy today. I must do a nice job for this. WHEE!

Actually planned to go out with classmates this Sunday but then.. ASSIGNMENTS ASSIGNMENTS ASSIGNMENTS! Don't think we're going out this week. :(

I think my immune system is effing lousy cos of lack of sleep. I'm beginning to get a sore throat and a stuffy nose. I don't wanna get ill lah! It's damn irritating lor ! And it feels terrible. Okay so from now on I must take more vitamins! Screw flus and coughs and whatever shitty viruses. =)

Block 2 of school is such a far cry from block 1 ! Digital essentials is so slack but with Design History & Culture and 2D Art fundamentals, I'm up to my neck in work. Plus I went out till late at night with girlfriends on Monday and Tuesday so = not enough sleep. ( Monday- Seoul garden and to Duxton hill, Tuesday to Kbox! ;D) Hahahaha! And I was doing research yesterday till damn late. Nehneh.. I've just finished of of the paintings and I still need to paint the colour wheel. Look at the time! I have damn heavy eyebags already! As to why I can be blogging now is because Fiona said she wants to paint the primary colours of the colour wheel, for fun. I need a break kay! But she's leaving the difficult part - the blending for the secondary and tertiary colours- to me. Nehneh. Hahahahah

Luckily there's no H&C tomorrow. So no need to do presentation ! I will definitely sleep during the other's presentations. Hahahaha! So school is until 12 tomorrow ! =)
Gotta interview a young working adult for H&C. And guess who I'm gonna ask ? Larissa ! So you're gonna be getting a call from me soooon ! ;)

Out with Fiona & Mommy yesterday to kbox at night! They wanted to head to the pubs but I am underaged. Great. And, I have a trendy yummy mommy! Hahahahaha. Went until 1.30am. So we reached home at nearly 3:) It's the only time I can stay out so late. With my parents. BLEAH. So don't like curfews! Daddy came around 12plus. And ohohoh, suddenly there was this caucasian guy wearing a freaking gas mask and he peeped into our room. Hahahahahaha! Think he's a customer. I wanted to ask him if I can take a photo with him but he disappeared. =(

Met Connie and XuanJin to Cp today. Haven't been there for ages! Connie wanted to get her ears pierced. Then we went back to Hougang green for pool. Met Eileen for dinner afterwards and she was 45 mins late. * I'm purposely saying this :)* but hell, I'm always late too. Xuanjin is so gonna agree to this. Hahahahahahahaha.

Oh damn. Holidays have ended. I so don't wanna go back to school. ROAR ! Michelle is in a grumpy mood.
