Presentation was okay. Whew!
Haji lane-ed after lesson with Sheena and Ashley. Cos we were looking for people in the fashion industry to interview. I actually wanted to interview the designer from Collage but he was like out of town. Then I came across this bridal boutique. The malay lady inside is the shop owner cum designer. And she is awesome. She wasn't exactly super enthusiastic and like super friendly. She's more of the serious but understanding and courteous type. And she smiled at me !
And from the answers she gave me, I could really feel that she was really passionate about her work. She gave very good advice on becoming a designer too. Once again, she is awesome. :D :D :D
Ashley got her interview too but Sheena didn't, because some people there were annoying bastards. I mean, there were some shopkeepers who declined politely so although we were disappointed, we weren't really angry.
However, there was this guy who was like so nice to his customers but once we asked for an interview, his face totally changed.
He went, " I don't have time for this."
Obnoxious idiot ! So not going to patronise his shop. EVER. I wanna slap his stupid face. He's so superficial! If we were customers, it'd be a totally different story.
And there was another one who said, with her nose high in the air, " Sorry, we only receive interviews from the media"
WTF right? Sorry, if I were the media, I wouldn't even want to feature them.
Anyway, fortunately Sheena has found someone to interview.
No school tomorrow and Imma spend my time editing the photos I took and make them look nice. Cos the lady- her name is Ms Lynn A.B.- is so awesome. Must make her shop look nice. Hahaha. Anyway the shop is at 80 Haji Lane and it's called L.A.B Bridal Couture. :D
She was a make up artist for 10 years before becoming a designer and she does make up too. She also conducts make up classes and does flower arrangements.
Omg. Machiam advertising for her shop. But she is so nice, I don't mind. Wahahahaha. :D
